What you'll do
- Qualify inbound leads from events, webinars, and content syndication—map stakeholder org charts and confirm fit before routing to AEs.
- Design partner activation cadences: co-branded emails, enablement sessions, and showroom walk-throughs that spotlight Volt Mesh differentiation.
- Maintain the partner deal desk inside HubSpot—track certifications, joint marketing funds, and opportunity status.
- Coordinate with solutions architects to prep demo environments, PoV agendas, and technical one-pagers tailored to each partner vertical.
- Own the event hustle calendar: secure speaking slots, manage onsite lead capture, and follow up within 24 hours of badge scans.
- Report weekly on pipeline health—conversion rates, velocity blockers, and insights we can weaponize for future campaigns.
What makes you a great fit
- 2–4 years in SDR/BDR, partner success, or channel operations within SaaS, IoT, or energy-tech.
- Comfortable facilitating discovery across business and technical stakeholders—able to capture crisp notes and next steps.
- Experience running events or roadshows, including logistics, booth management, and post-event nurture.
- Operational excellence with HubSpot (or Salesforce), Airtable/Notion, and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Strong storytelling chops: can translate kilowatts and data models into business outcomes for sustainability leaders.
- Bonus: familiarity with GCC government procurement cycles or public-private partnerships.
