What you'll do

  • Own the top-of-funnel motion for GCC utility, campus, and industrial accounts—build curated lists, multithread, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Craft channel-specific plays: custom teardown decks, WhatsApp snippets, LinkedIn voice notes, and site visit invites that feel bespoke, not templated.
  • Run first-touch discovery to confirm pain, data estate, and stakeholder map before passing the baton to our solutions team.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns tied to regulatory news, ESG deadlines, and big events (GITEX, WFES, LEAP).
  • Log insights obsessively in HubSpot—surface patterns, objections, and emerging opportunities to product and leadership.
  • During pilots, stay glued to progress so you can celebrate milestones and springboard expansion conversations.

What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or climate-tech SDR/BDR roles with a record of 120%+ quota attainment.
  • Comfortable prospecting into technical and executive personas—CIO, Head of Sustainability, Facilities Director, Grid Operations.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English with crisp business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data platforms.
  • Curiosity for smart infrastructure—able to riff on EV charging, smart meters, or district cooling after a single discovery call.
  • Bonus: experience scheduling site visits, coordinating RFP responses, or selling into public-sector frameworks.
